Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu, One Who Still Deserves A Chance?

"Master of bullshit tactics AKA peacemaker"

Firstly, I just want to make this clear i will try to be as neutral as i can even though how much i may dislike this personality and kindly just focus on his work as a coach through his career since January 2016. Even though how many teams and controversies he has dealt with, we shall all least respect his work with all teams and appreciate help he may have provided to needed player.

Carrer in Numbers.

1. Brazil Start (Jan-May 2016)

Well in short tenure of 2 and a half esports years, Peacemaker definitely has made his mark in the game. He started with Fallen's Gamer Academy as a coach until he was replaced after MLG Columbus 2016 Major Qualifiers. Later on he joined sides of his former team Gamers Academy but this time with new faces and talents from developing brazilian scene now who are known as former "Luminosity Boys" in team Tempo Storm and in short team of 3 months notable standings of this team were winning CEVO Pro League Season 9 and standing at second place in DreamHack Open Austin 2016 both being tier 2/3 tournaments but still being team filled with young talents and being from Brazil this much experience was much needed for young talents such as felps, HEN1, Lucas1 etc. Later on he was replaced with  Rafael "zakk" Fernandes and team converted into new luminosity lineup when SK Gaming purchased old Fallen's Luminosity Roster.

2. American Dream (May 2016-June 2017)

Within few days he catch attention of an upcoming american Team Liquid which had jdm, Hiko, EliGE, nitr0 and later even undoubtedly best modern CSGO player aka s1mple. With such a talent in hand and multi cultural roster around him earlier it was hard to cope up with everything but around the time of major surprising to everyone and yet cementing s1mple's legacy they had a second place standing at ESL One: Cologne 2016 and other some respectable standings but never getting to that level and in tenure of 5 months within this lineup he was replaced by Wilton "zews" Prado and he later joined new upcoming american team Optic Gaming but that didn't reach anywhere and optic still struggled making past Top 8 at every tournament and he was let go within a month.
Then come off Misfits roster with support of former american legendary in-game leader seangares and his right-hand man ShaZaM and even though this is one of most dramatic part of peacemaker's sage as he failed to keep the literal peace between players and problems keep arising within team and even though being top teams in regional qualifiers they failed to make a dent in any of the LAN events and sooner or later even with mediocre results he was let go of coaching position and misfits later on decided to play without coach and even qualified for ELEAGUE 2018 Major but later after that they dissolved.

3. Chinese Doubts?  (July-Nov 2017)

Undoubtedly if you hate peacemaker this maybe the reason why so TyLoo an Chinese team decided to hire peacemaker as their coach within their developing lineup and which since the start may come off as what will it even do? he can't talk to them he can't even speak Chinese? well later on plans elaborated and bondik a Ukrainian csgo player from Hellraisers was signed maybe as a development step within the team just to provide players with international experience and guidance well which didn't pull of any much good of the results and only good result under peacemaker they even had was Asia Minor Championship - Boston 2018 which was a major qualifier and even after that drama comes.
I'll be very carefull explaining this whole thing as this is not easy to make sense of and everything. So everything started when bnTeT failed to successfully get his VISA for travelling to Boston American Major and due to which Tyloo was pushed to corner to pull out or try to play with their coach as a player which came off as most expected thing but due to indifferences between management and players team eventually pulled out and shifting blames game begin peacemaker said that Tyloo failed to decide even tho earlier he wanted prize money/sticker money but  later he even agreed to play for free but it was too late and Tyloo straight up blamed peacemaker for everything and risen hate fir him in asia region and whole csgo community but stating everything in that respect nobody really knows what really happened and it's still two sides believe who you believe  but it was a failure from both sides and shouldn't ever happen again.

4. Going Heroic! (Nov 2017-April 2018)

Which can simply be considered as his last or in terms latest team he coached in. The heroic rooster was on fire kind of in terms of their qualifier presence and then their actual performance in tier 2-3 tournaments or even may it be 5-8 place finish in tier 1 tournaments like ELEAGUE Premiere 2017 or even winning World Cyber Arena 2017. This rooster of young talents such as niko, snappi, es3tag, MODDII & JUGi was actually performing very well in respects to their international talent based team and even under peacemaker they look to have shown really good performance and even to a limit a stability and out of this world order in such a strong potential filled lineup! But as series of bad luck surrounds peacemaker apparently always this things couldn't stay very long and even after series of good qualifier performances they weren't able to prove their worth on tier 1 LAN events like ESL Pro League 7, Starladder S7 & IEM XII World Championship and they stick around 8-11th place holding strong and after series of under performance peacemaker was let go of the Heroic and then replaces by MODDII as player coach and then very recently by naSu but apparently heroic still aren't able to even achieve their old position as a young talent based team and even after series of rooster changes and switches with Optic Gaming Lineup and after addition of legendary swedish player Adam "friberg" Friberg. They still aren't able to show any persence or leave any mark of tier 1 LANs.

FUTURE?

Well since last month peacemaker looks very keen to join any team possible and looking out for future prospective as a coach but if you try to deal with everything that's happening trust me i had worse or least to say bad opinion about him and his career but trust me when i finally went through his career thoughout he actually has done really good from where he came from and now how much he was able to do for teams he actually worked with and even with series of very bad luck actually he has done really well and as much as a coach he could have done. He was never considered as a permanent coach in any team and in the scene even he is considered as a joke which pisses me of fto the core so to any team who actually need hardworking dedicated long term coach just please give this man a platform he deserves it.

Post Optic India Debacle?

Did i took really long to write about this? I don't think so i didn't want to say anything regarding this whole statement cause i was waiting  for things to calm down and just be stable enough in the scene while anger in nations fans calms down.  In this particular article i just would like to talk about what happened to the team since the whole extermelands, 2018 incident and competitive ban on  Nikhil “forsaken” Kumawat. I would like to focus on the future and not like to talk about the whole incident as it's probably already done by many all over the world. Sabyasachi "antidote" Bose to 2ez Gaming. Since the whole Optic India team was released and everyone became a free agent it wasn't long enough before other indian/asians organisations took interests in the talented lineup which had done a lot more in small time frame while they had their own sort of biggest controversy ever in not only indian but the whole SEA scene to be honest. While th

100 Thieves Out Of Eleague Atlanta 2018 Major!!

100Thieves will not be attending the ELEAGUE Major due to encountering "immigration issues", the team has just announced on Twitter. ELEAGUE have yet to comment on the matter, although it is expected that 100 Thieves' slot will be allocated to the Main Qualifier, in which case it would produce nine teams as opposed to eight for the next stage. UPDATE: ELEAGUE have confirmed that 100 Thieves' slot will go to one of the three teams going 2-3 in the Swiss round, who will then play deciding matches to determine the ninth team advancing to the Major's group stage (New Legends stage). We are disappointed to share that due to immigration issues, the 100 Thieves CS:GO team will not be attending the upcoming Boston major. It goes without saying that this is devastating for the players and for us. We are truly sorry for them and their fans. — 100 Thieves (@100Thieves) January 13, 2018 We worked incredibly hard with industry-leading immigration lawyers sin
