Does Female CS:GO now seriously lag behind their Male Counterparts?

With prize pools being a joke and lack of investments and general understanding that csgo is a male dominant sport by "Analysts" who are mostly males FYI. The growth of female cs go has been downhill since last few years, earlier even we were least able to find their matches on streams now they are like disappearing from internet.
The lack of motivation has led to several cs go pros to even quit and find a job while others who were lucky enough and has backing from big companies like CLG RED and some pros like Juliano, zAAz & vilga were able to counter that and make their earning from Twitch and survive this problem.

Hypocrisy

Seriously the level of hypocrisy in cs go is too damn high for reasons. The continuous trolling and mocking by their male counterparts and even their own management had lead them to be too demeaning that sometimes they even lose their belief in themselves.
People say that they lose to small male cs go teams but do you even look they can win against several others if put forward to and seriously who are you to say you're still a salty silver!
When juliano can give good 1v1 competition to legend like KennyS then who are you to complain btw if you salty silvers haven't seen that check out that HTC Invitational 1v1.

Also not only juliano, many players such as CLG RED's potter, missharvey, vilga & zAAz are few to name who are able to kick your asses in competitive cs any time in the year and seriously who are you to judge they are called pros for a reason because they are good at game and i say good not the best.

Dominance

I don't mean to say it in a bad way but seriously some male cs go pros go as forward to ruin the image of some female as to humiliating them in their streams by matching up against them and showing that they're good for nothing as done by FaZe Teeqo, Olofmeister, Shroud & Stewie2k but seriously that's maybe hypocrisy in itself. i don't know what it is.
For a short fact check this video out.

Real Reasons Why It's Bad.

Seriously first of all stop saying that female pros are bad. The real reasons why female cs go is in the ditch that it is right now is only due to following reasons :

1. Lack Of Exposure
The female cs tournaments to name a few like WESG and Katowice Invitational are very few in number and even if they exist their is no proper telecast and streaming of them at all. While female pros are sharing the streams and news about the matches regarding their male counterparts the males doesn't do shit but complain and talk shit about them.

2. Low Funding
The prize pools for female cs go tournaments is like so low that it doesn't even fill up their travel and stay charges sometimes. Right now in pro scene there is requirement of serious investors and brands to ensure any growth in female scene.

3. Low Morale In Pros
The growth in this industry is so low as prize money is joke, competition is mostly between 2 teams and other female are just there for getting some fame and then continue their twitch channels like it doesn't even make sense and that makes several female pros lose any motivation that's left in them.

How To Solve Everything?

As everything is so down under it still looks like a big job to be done. But several things are there which makes it still appealing like matter of fact there are more female cs go players in community then ever, the pros are ready to make decision and work for it, community is still better than helpful regarding anything and also several brand friendly pros have made such a big name that they can bring brands even on their own.
The things that can easily solve everything will be proper funding by valve towards premier female cs go tournaments and then proper match pool and matches to be set up in proper major arenas and then still proper broadcast of that tournament on Twitch and Youtube Gaming and then just respecting female pros and not seeing them just as a sex symbols. DaFuQ Seriously.

At The End I Just Want To Say Guys Please Go Checkout Their Streams And Support Them As Much As You Support Your Favourite Male CS GO Teams.
