Fnatic Olofmeister VS FaZe Olofmeister?

WHO IS HE?

Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer Gustafsson (born January 31, 1992) is a Swedish professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player and former Counter-Strike 1.6 player who is currently playing for FaZe Clan. He has previously played for H2k,Absolute Legends,LGB eSports and Fnatic.Olofmeister is widely regarded as one of the best CS:GO players in the world. He has won two CSGO Majors, ESL One Katowice 2015 and ESL One Cologne 2015, as well as many other tournaments.

HIS-STORY?

Olof grew up in Tyresö. He has a brother, Karl, and a sister, Hanna. He developed an interest in playing football at the young age of four and remained active in the sport until he sustained a knee injury at the age of fifteen. The injury eventually became a catalyst for his transition from playing Counter-Strike casually, into taking it more seriously.

Fnatic Era!!

In February, Fnatic won the IOS Pantamera tournament after beating Titan in the finals. In March, Fnatic won ESL One Katowice 2015, the first Major Championship of the year. In August, Fnatic became the first team to win two consecutive Major Championships in a row, as they were crowned champions of ESL One Cologne 2015.At DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015, the third Major Championship of the year, Fnatic finished 5-8th.

After Markus "pronax" Wallsten left Fnatic on the 12th of November 2015, they recruited Olof's long-time friend and former teammate Dennis "dennis" Edman. The team proceeded to win all three remaining tournaments of the year: FACEIT DreamHack Winter 2015, Fragbite Masters Season 5,and ESL ESEA Pro League Season II - Finals.

Olofmeister was widely regarded as the player of the year in 2015

In January, Olofmeister and his team won the SLTV Starseries XIV over Natus Vincere. On March 5, Olofmeister and Fnatic won the IEM Katowice World Championship 2016, beating Luminosity Gaming 3-0 in the finals. Fnatic placed 5–8th at the MLG Major Championship: Columbus in April. Shortly thereafter on April 8, it was announced that Olofmeister would be taking a break from competitive play due to a repetitive strain injury of a hand and would be temporarily replaced by Niclas "Plessen" Plessen; whom was shortly replaced by John "wenton" Eriksson.

This whole 2014-15 time period is also well know as "FNATIC ERA" as fnatic was dominant force in that phase.

Personally i have been following olofmeister since a long period of time more than i think any professional csgo player and still he is my favourite till date since 2015 fnatic era of cs go and till now when olofmeister is still dominating cs go as that is his field.
Since ESL One Katowice 2015 when i start watching CS:GO Matches Fnatic has been my favourite team and maybe casually the only reason would have been olofmeister.
Along when everything was happening in 2016-17 period i saw a new team rising which was FaZe Clan with players like rain, karrigan, kioshima, allu and NiKo who were tearing cs scene like a bull through fields but i never expected olofmeister to join FaZe roster also i am still against it as kioshima had lot to prove and was doing very best he could at that time.

FaZe Buyout!!

He was later in 2017 was transferred to FaZe Clan Replacing Fabien “kioShiMa” Fiey as a lurker and just in a small 3 months he has been proved to be a good investment by FaZe Clan as they have won 2 Tournaments ESL One: New York 2017 and ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2017 and stood at #2 in more than 2 premier and are still standing as #2 Number Team In The World Just Beside SK Gaming.

FINAL WORDS.

FaZe Buyout was an interesting part in his career and his performance has certainly increased if not anything but i still think replacement of kioshima was a cruel move on FaZe's part even when he was performing very well and his benching gave him nothing but bad blood towards his team. I just hope olofmeister continues to do well in his career and i least hope him see win one major in near future but i would have loved FaZe win a major along with allu and kioshima more.
