TyLoo Might Lose Their First Ever Major Spot!

TyLoo is a Chinese esports organization whom are pioneers in the Chinese Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene. One of the runner-up in Asia Minor Championship - Boston 2018 recently booked their spot in their first ever major tournament and then it appears like all problems came down their way very quickly. Some things that happened were very bizzare least to say and seriously scary for a team.

Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand's Visa

TyLoo’s Hansel ‘BnTeT’ Ferdinand will not be able to attend the ELEAGUE Boston Major in 2018 due to visa issues. The 22 year old Indonesian is one of TyLoo’s strongest statistical performers and recently helped them to achieve a second place finish at the $235,000 ROG Masters 2017 event in Kuala Lumpur.

BnTeT was unable to attend the StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 3 Finals in April due to visa issues, forcing the team to use WeiJie ‘zhokiNg’ Zhong for the event.

Unfortunately the issues with his visa do not seem to have been resolved, as he took to Twitter on December 13th to reveal that he once again would be ruled out of a tournament.

The news be extra disappointing to the player and his fans after Valve’s recent revamp of the Major format meant that TyLoo’s players are guaranteed to get their stickers in the game. The TyLoo player says that he tried his best to get the visa but still got rejected. He goes on to wish his teammates luck at the tournament.

TyLoo have not made an official announce about who will be replacing their star rifler, but rumor has it that their former coach Luis ‘peacemaker’ Tadeu will be the man in the hot seat.

Luis ‘peacemaker’ Tadeu's Valve Issues.

Luis ‘peacemaker’ Tadeu has revealed that TyLoo could end up forfeiting their spot at the upcoming ELEAGUE Boston Major after his signature sticker was conspicuously absent from the recent CS:GO update.

The December 19th CS:GO patch introduced team stickers and graffiti, as well as player signature stickers, to the game prior to the highly anticipated ELEAGUE Boston 2018 Major which is due to start on January 12th 2018.

Unfortunately, not all signatures seem to have been added – namely the ones of peacemaker, who will be standing in for TyLoo, and Team Liquid’s coach, Wilton ‘zews’ Prado, who will be playing for his team due to Lucas ‘steel’ Lopes being ineligible.
Peacemaker spoke out on December 20th about the issue. The Brazilian player is due to play as an emergency stand-in for his old team, TyLoo, despite now being the full time coach of Heroic.

According to him, Valve has no intention of adding stickers for the coaches of teams, even those that will be playing for their team at the event for one reason or another. On December 21st Peacemaker once again took to Twitter to discuss the issue, saying that he is now undecided about whether to play at the Major or not and that TyLoo will forfeit the spot if he doesn’t.
